Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing aUI books, materials and other merchandise! We hope to spread the love for aUI with each purchase supporting our organization. While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Please review our policy below.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, you must request a return within 15 days of the delivery date of your order.
The item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them: unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (if applicable). This includes all original tags, labels, and inserts.


For books, they must be free from any signs of wear, highlighting, or markings.


Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or other reasons. This will be clearly stated in the product description on our website.

How to Request a Return

  1. Please contact us via email at lynn@auilanguage.org within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. In your email, please include your order number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return. This may include a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and ensuring the return package, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive the returned item(s) for the refund to be processed and appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) via email at lynn@auilanguage.org with your order number and photos of the damage or the incorrect item received.
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, exchange, or a full refund (including original shipping costs).
