Introduction and acceptance of terms


Welcome to aUI: The Language of Space (auilanguage.org).

This website is owned and operated by the Cosmic Communication Foundation.

  • Agreement to terms: By accessing, using, or purchasing products or courses from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and all policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our site.
  • Modifications to terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this document. Your continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

User accounts

User-generated content (UGC)

  • License to the Cosmic Communication Foundation: By submitting UGC, you grant the Cosmic Communication Foundation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your UGC in any form, media, or technology.
  • Prohibited content: You agree not to post, upload, or otherwise transmit any UGC that:
    • Is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or threatening.
    • Infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
    • Contains vulgar, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate language.
    • Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.

E-learning courses

Intellectual property

  • Our property: All content, features, and functionality on the site, including the aUI language symbols, trademarks, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Cosmic Communication Foundation or its licensors.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Cosmic Communication Foundation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site, courses, or products. Our total liability to you for any and all claims is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.

Indemnification


You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Cosmic Communication Foundation and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the site or your breach of these Terms.

Governing law and dispute resolution


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, USA.
